Rivka Shami opened the original Cafe Mogador in the East Village in 1983. The Moroccan-inspired menu: tagines, house-made bread, an award-winning brunch, has barely changed, which is the point. The Williamsburg location brings the same formula to a neighborhood it helped define. Drop time not confirmed. Walk-ins are often your best option.
