Chef Buddha Lo, two-time Top Chef winner, runs a 26-seat Michelin-starred tasting menu inside Marky's Caviar in Tribeca. Every course is built around the intersection of seasonal produce and caviar, with direct access to some of the finest ingredients in the country. The chef's table seats up to eight in the belly of the kitchen. Twelve courses; plan two and a half to three hours. Reservations open on the first of the month for two months out at midnight. Smart casual dress code.
