Chef Cesar Ramirez operates from a former 1925 printing press building in TriBeCa with 16-foot ceilings and a cement ceiling that has never been touched. Two Michelin stars. The 12 to 15 course tasting menu is built around world-class seafood sourced globally and finished with sauces that do the heavy lifting. Counter seating in full view of the kitchen or dining room tables, both with the same menu at $368 per person. Semi-formal dress code strictly enforced. Resy drops at midnight on the 1st of the month for two months out.
