Zou Zou's Reservations

Chef Madeline Sperling, a Gramercy Tavern alum, runs this Eastern Mediterranean room from the Quality Branded team at Manhattan West, on the ground level of the Pendry Hotel. The menu ranges from five rotating dips served on a pedestal with bazlama bread to duck borek, a duck sausage spiral wrapped in flaky yufka pastry glazed with orange syrup, to a tableside kasseri cheese set on fire with arak.
