Jeff Miller and TJ Provenzano opened Bar Miller at 620 East 6th Street as a follow-up to Rosella, sourcing nearly everything from the United States: North Carolina bigeye, Massachusetts mackerel, Maine uni, Hudson Valley rice, and Connecticut-brewed soy sauce.
