Joshua Pinsky and Chase Sinzer opened this East Village bistro after years at Momofuku Ko and it immediately became one of the city's best restaurants. The seasonal mille-feuille, the natural wine list, and the chocolate cake have each developed their own followings. Resy opens at 9 AM, 15 days out. The window is tight and the room is small.
