About
Chef Chintan Pandya and restaurateur Roni Mazumdar, the duo behind Semma and Dhamaka, reopened Adda in the East Village after its original Queens location closed. The new version is built around reimagined North Indian classics with a particular focus on the butter chicken experience: Heritage Green Circle Chicken, house-churned butters, organic tomatoes smoked daily over charcoal, served with fresh bread, rice, and black daal. Limited quantities of large-format dishes include Nagaland pork fry, Bihari kebabs with Wagyu ribeye, and whole Dungeness crab in coconut cream. The room seats 68 with newsprint walls, metal bucket light fixtures, and Le Creuset Dutch ovens arriving at the table. DoorDash drops at 9 AM, 7 days out.
