Dan Barber's Greenwich Village restaurant in its current form is called Family Meal: a menuless, shared-plates experience that changes daily based on what's available from Blue Hill Farm and farms within 250 miles of the city. Four courses, family-style, low-lit just off Washington Square Park. The most accessible expression of what Barber does at Stone Barns without the trip upstate. Resy opens at midnight, 29 days out. No two meals are identical.
