Jenn Saesue and Chat Suansilphong opened Fish Cheeks in NoHo in 2016 with a focused thesis: coastal Thai seafood, executed with the authenticity of the flavors they grew up with. The coconut crab curry has become one of the city's signature dishes, and a decade in, the kitchen continues to improve. A Williamsburg location opened in spring 2025.
