About
Niki Russ Federman and Josh Russ Tupper opened the cafe at 127 Orchard Street in 2014 on the 100th anniversary of Joel Russ's original appetizing shop, and it has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand for ten consecutive years. The menu runs the appetizing tradition through a sit-down lens: platters named for the three Russ daughters, matzo ball soup, and the Super Heebster bagel with horseradish-dill cream cheese, wasabi tobiko, and whitefish. Walk-in only.
