A NoMad restaurant drawing inspiration from the grand party mansions of Punjab, with a drinks list built around tequila and mezcal infused with regional ingredients and served in theatrical large-format pours. The food traces a line from roadside stalls to royal palace kitchens. The London original has a devoted following; the New York outpost has earned its own.
