Balthazar Reservations

Keith McNally opened Balthazar in 1998 and it has never stopped being full. The SoHo brasserie is the definitive New York all-day restaurant: zinc bar, subway tile, mirrored walls, handwritten specials, a shellfish bar, steak frites that have been ordered a million times and never gotten old. Resy opens at midnight, 31 days out. The bar is always an option if you're willing to walk in and wait.
