Garret Richard, co-author of Tropical Standard, runs the 35-seat cocktail room above Gage & Tollner at 372 Fulton, decorated with Japanese fishing floats, mermaid paintings, and a working fog machine. Drinks are organized across three ascending sections from In the Shallows to The Twilight Zone and lean heavily into rum, including Richard's own house-made banana liquor. Walk-in only.
