Chef Calvin Eng named his Williamsburg restaurant after his mother, who taught him everything he knows about Cantonese cooking. The result is a small neighborhood room serving Cantonese-American dishes alongside natural wine and inventive cocktails. Opened in 2021 and has held its following ever since.
