Reservations release on Resy at 10 AM, 31 days out for parties up to six. Be signed in and ready before the minute turns. Weekend dinner goes fast. Weekday lunch is the easier Resy path.
Torrisi serves lunch Wednesday through Saturday. It is meaningfully easier to land than dinner. The room is the same, the kitchen is the same, but the competition for those slots is noticeably lower. If you want the full Torrisi experience without fighting for a Saturday dinner reservation, a Wednesday or Thursday lunch is the move. The lunch menu covers the same culinary territory as dinner and the room feels less charged in a way that suits the food well.
Torrisi has twelve bar seats available for walk-ins, for parties of one or two only. This is a hard party size limit. It is not a table you can expand to three. Arrive by 4:15 PM. Bar seating is first come, first served and cannot be reserved in advance through any channel. The bar is full service, full menu.
Torrisi is on Dorsia and the restaurant explicitly names it as an authorized booking channel. If you have a Dorsia membership and credits, this is a legitimate path that the restaurant itself endorses. It is one of two restaurants in this group on Dorsia. The other is Carbone.
