Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone's SoHo flagship inside the Puck Building is one of the hardest reservations in the city. Resy, 10 AM, 31 days out. What surfaces publicly is almost always a 5 PM or 10 PM slot. The prime hours are held tight. Bar seats are first come first serve but the line forms early.
