About
Michelin-starred Chef Nadav Greenberg's first restaurant with Catch Hospitality opened in SoHo in early 2026 and immediately became the hardest reservation in the city. The 80-seat Rockwell Group space is built around a custom charcoal grill the size of a bathtub that took six months to build and touches 70 percent of the menu. Greenberg, formerly of Shmoné, applies live fire to everything from cheese to tomatoes to housemade pasta. The Jerusalem bagel with three dips arrives on every table. The 48-hour short rib finished on the charcoal grill and the 18-layer wagyu New York strip skewer are the two dishes the room is known for. The bar line forms by 4 PM. A host takes names at 4:25 and texts when a seat opens.
