The COTE team built a cathedral to fried chicken in the Flatiron. Rockwell Group designed the room, the chicken is certified humane and fried in rice flour batter, and the beverage program features the largest Champagne list in any American restaurant. The Korean philosophy of Eum-Yang runs through the menu: hot, crispy chicken against cold, fresh vegetables. The Bucket List feast is the move. Resy opens at 10 AM, 14 days out.
