About
Chef Brian Kim and the Oiji Mi team tucked this chef's counter behind their Flatiron restaurant. Bom means spring in Korean and is an abbreviation of "behind Oiji Mi." One Michelin star. The space draws from Korean traditional architecture with deep violet tones referencing the colors of Korean royal courts. Custom built-in grills run throughout the evening, searing tenderloin, short rib, and ribeye from a dry-aging chamber visible from the counter. The menu layers luxury without apology: uni, caviar, truffles, and crab stacked on top of one another alongside more delicate courses. OpenTable drops at midnight, 61 days out.
