Caffe Dante opened in 1915 and became a Greenwich Village landmark before its current owners revived it as Dante: an all-day cafe, bar, and restaurant that retained the space's historical soul while building one of the city's best cocktail programs. The Negroni is widely cited as the finest in New York. Resy opens at midnight, 30 days out. Walk-ins are often possible.
