Rita Sodi's tiny Bleecker Street restaurant is one of the West Village's most beloved rooms: white tablecloths, Negroni variations at the bar, masterful Tuscan pastas, and an atmosphere so convincingly Italian that Pete Wells once wrote it seems not to have fully assimilated into the United States.
