About
The name means "threading precious jade marbles." Elegance and precision by design. Chef Chang-ho Shin earned two Michelin stars in Seoul, then closed the restaurant and moved it specifically to New York's Koreatown. Not a second location. An original. The 12-course tasting menu is built around housemade jang, the Korean mother sauces, served in a Hanok-inspired setting with 32 seats and no walk-ins. Resy opens on the first of the month for three months out at midnight. This is a set-an-alarm situation.
