Chef Charlie Mitchell took the helm at Saga in July 2024 following the death of founder James Kent, who opened the restaurant in 2021 and earned two Michelin stars within a year. Mitchell, himself Michelin-starred, continues the ethos Kent established: bold, worldly cooking rooted in emotion and craft, served on the 63rd floor of 70 Pine Street, an Art Deco tower completed in 1932 whose spire was once a private triplex for the building's founder. The six-course tasting menu is $215 and the ten-course is $315. The Kitchen Table in the Solarium seats up to six with unobstructed skyline views at $365 per person. Resy drops at 10 AM on the 1st of the month for two months out.
