Nōksu Reservations

Chef Dae Kim's 15-seat tasting counter hidden inside the 32nd Street entrance of Herald Square. The 10-course menu is predominantly seafood, with horsehair crab, puffed duck feet, and gizzard shad prepared through a lens that weaves Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and French technique. Sleek, black-marbled space. Reservations open on the first of the month for two months out at midnight.
