Nick Anderer, former executive chef at Maialino and Marta, opened this West Village throwback in 2019 in the old Frankies 570 space at 570 Hudson Street: dark wood, oil paintings, a candelabra, and martinis and Manhattans pre-batched and kept frozen. The menu leans into old New York through a European lens: bucatini amatriciana with bacon from East Village butcher J.
