Steak frites alongside the Vietnamese-inflected dishes that built their following. Open Tuesday through Saturday, 5:30 to 10:30 PM. Resy drops at midnight, 14 days out. The walk-in line forms by 4:45 PM; the official waitlist opens at 5:15. A recent Thursday wait hit four hours for bar seats. Closed Sunday and Monday.
